These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a valid and binding agreement between the operator of 711cu ("Company", "we", "platform") and any individual who accesses or uses the services offered through the website 711cu.onl ("Member", "you").

In this document, the following terms are used with the meanings stated:

• "Platform" refers to the website 711cu.onl together with all services, games and features available on it.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a member for the purpose of accessing the platform's services.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of money held in a member's account at any given time.
• "Betting" refers to any gaming activity involving money, including slots, live casino, fishing games, poker and sports betting.

To confirm your eligibility as a 711cu member, the following criteria must be fully met:

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account at 711cu. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual is a serious breach of these terms and may result in the freezing or permanent termination of all related accounts, including any balance held within them.

As an account holder, you are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing your login details with any other party.
• Reporting any unauthorised access or suspicious activity to 711cu customer support immediately.
• Updating your account personal information if any changes occur, particularly contact details and payment information.
• Ensuring all financial transactions are carried out through a payment method registered in your own name.

711cu will not be liable for any losses arising from the use of an account by a third party due to a member's failure to keep their login information secure.

All financial transactions at 711cu are processed securely through supported payment channels. Payment methods accepted by the 711cu platform are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

Transaction conditions that apply to all members are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per transaction, regardless of the payment method chosen.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing time is normally within 15 minutes to 2 hours after confirmation is received.
• All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise stated by 711cu.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to an account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name.

711cu reserves the right to carry out additional identity verification (KYC) before approving any withdrawal request, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits. Further information regarding this verification process can be obtained through our customer support service.

711cu offers various promotions to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

The welcome bonus currently offered is a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM888. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount received. Calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Account balance RM250 → Wagering requirement: RM150 × 10 = RM1,500
• Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM888 → Account balance RM2,088 → Wagering requirement: RM888 × 10 = RM8,880

General conditions for all bonuses:

• Bonuses are only eligible to be claimed once per promotion type, unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses or combine multiple accounts to obtain duplicate bonuses will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and account termination.
• 711cu reserves the right to modify or end any promotion at any time with appropriate notice given to members.

All games available on the 711cu platform — including slots, live casino, fish shooting, online poker and sports betting — are operated using fair and transparent technology. The outcome of every game is independent and cannot be influenced by any party, including 711cu itself.

For sports betting games, the following terms apply:

• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled except under circumstances specifically stated by the relevant sports policy.
• If a sports event is postponed, cancelled or not completed within the stipulated period, the relevant bet settlement policy will apply.
• Odds for each sports event may change without notice before a bet is locked in.

For live casino games and table games, members are required to follow the rules of each table or game room. Any disruption to the flow of the game or disrespectful behaviour towards the dealer is not permitted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 711cu platform:

• Use of automation software, bots, scripts or any technological tools to exploit the gaming system.
• Player collusion in poker or any table game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any form of money laundering through deposit and withdrawal activities on the platform.
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account to obtain bonuses or circumvent betting limits.
• Misuse of the customer support system, including providing false information to obtain credits or bonuses.
• Distributing obscene, inciting or offensive content through the platform's communication channels.

711cu collects and processes members' personal data solely for the purposes of account management, legal compliance, fraud prevention and improving user experience. Your data will not be sold, rented or shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by applicable law.

711cu works to keep the platform running without interruption, but we do not guarantee continuous availability free from technical disruptions. To the extent permitted by law, 711cu is not liable for:

• Financial losses incurred by members as a result of unfavourable game outcomes.
• Service disruptions caused by factors outside our control, including internet failures or third-party system outages.
• Losses arising from unauthorised use of an account due to the member's own negligence.
• Delays in transaction processing due to external factors such as bank delays or e-wallet provider delays.

Gambling carries financial risk. Members are fully responsible for the betting decisions they make. 711cu encourages all members to set spending limits and bet within their financial means.

711cu reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to members via email or a notice on the website at least 14 days before taking effect, unless in urgent circumstances requiring immediate action.

Continued use of the platform after amendments to the terms take effect will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the 711cu customer support team. Closing an account does not release the member from any obligations that arose before the date of closure.
